Batery dies if no used in 3 to 4 weks. Batery is no good and the screen turn Black shadow. I reported inmediatle to Amazon, te seler and hp. No body take care this isue. I dont't recomend to buy this lap top. From Amazon or the seler.

The media could not be loaded. Have only used it a couple times. It was not the easiest to set up and took way to long for a new computer to download what was needed to get it set up. Will take some getting used to but over all not a bad laptop.

Takes hours to set up and then touch screen doesn’t work. Horrible. Getting help is like pulling teeth. Would send back if I didn’t already spend hours setting up.
