I had reservations on this item, and I have to say my doubts have been buried. I am starting a small mail-order business and needed the computer. Turns out this item was perfect for what I needed. The AI I use likes the selectionand the enhancement to present capacity has been super. It appears the Refurb is a super value to me. Also, I have to add that RUFUS is a great help too.

This came with windows 10 and could not be updated to windows 11. Otherwise seemed to work ok.

It is value for the money but had I of paid closer attention I would have gotten one with Windows 11 as this computer can't be upgraded and that's something I overlooked in lieu of the price...it's probably good for a year or two so I'd recommend spending a few more bucks on a new refurbished model
