Not to buy this brand of briefsBefore had cotton wing on the sidesNow they are all plastic. Also tape tags get stuck prior to applying to patient. When you try to readjust you can’t anymore. I have to use an additional tape to adjust. I reached out to distributor but had no answer yet , Asking if they reinvented or redesigned the briefs still waiting for answer, very disappointed and unhappy.

Medical necessity causes us to need these briefs and they are perfect for our needs. Hubby is about 150 pounds and the large fits him well.

Price seems a little higher than others but believe me they are worth it. My father had a stroke and has lost all ability in that area. They seem to be the best that I have tried. Truth be told yes he still wets through at night which is why I use disposable pads underneath but they are the most comfortable for him and doesn’t wet through during the day.
