I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered these fidget rings, but they’ve quickly become one of my favorite little stress-relievers. The design is simple and pretty, so it looks like regular jewelry, but the spinning/moving band gives me something to do with my hands when I feel anxious.It’s quiet and discreet—I can use it during meetings, at work, or even in public without drawing attention. The ring is lightweight, comfortable, and doesn’t pinch or leave marks, even after wearing it all day. I also love that it comes in different styles, so I can switch them up depending on my outfit.If you struggle with anxiety, nail biting, or just need a way to fidget without being obvious, this is such a great tool. Stylish enough to wear every day, but practical enough to make a real difference.

Good rings overall, however one of the rings broke in half in a less than a month use.

The media could not be loaded. Great variety of fidget rings.I often stim by picking my fingers so I thought I would try these rings. I only wear them when I need them; resting or doing stressful things like socializing etc. I don’t wear them otherwise because the two gyro type spinning rings can easily get caught on things. However, the gyro type rings (two in the pack) are my absolute favourite and they are super cute and pretty. They are like tiny sparkly fidget spinners on your fingers. I wear the spinning ones more often but I also like the one with smaller sharper multiple little rings on a ring which can simulate the stimming feeling of “scraping” without any actual harm. The quality of all of the rings is better than I expected but not great. The gems are offset and the material is what you would expect for the price. The gyro rings spin REAllY well though.I have not worn them long enough to see if they turn my fingers green, but honestly, I would probably just buy a new set once this set has lived its life. LOVE them!

I have a horrible habit of being fidgety and that usually means itching or rubbing my arms, talking way too much with my hands, or constantly grabbing and checking my phone. These rings keep my fingers busy and from me looking like such a freak. And they're adorable! I got a set for my daughter who tends to pick at things and rip things into microscopic shreds. Plus they're beautiful. Thank you!
