This is not a Samsonite clamshell high-impact piece of luggage. It is a light-duty, well made duffel. We use ours to store those loose items and such on road trips. Perfect for the stuff we leave n the car at a hotel. Use it wisely and you will not be disappointed.

I got these for when I travel internationally and I’m not sure if I’m going to bring back extra stuff. It’s happened a few times and I’ve just packed clothes in them and checked it as luggage. It’s nice to have the extra bag just in case. They’re pretty durable and I haven’t had any problem, checking them, even with airport luggage handling.

That's it. The seam split on 2 out of 4 of these before we got them out the door. They weren't overpacked or filled with iron, just some ultralight hammocks. There's no way I'd trust them for any use...not for travel, not for holding stuff inside your backpack. They are just built either too light or too cheaply.

Bought this bag on a whim as a backup for my trip to Europe. I was only packing a carry on, but I knew I would be buying souvenirs and would need to check my rolling bag on the way home. This little tote bag was perfect. I threw some clothes in it along with my toiletries bag and it worked great. It even had the sleeve on the side so you could slide it on a rolling bag handle. Along the way I bought a couple of items in the duty free shop and they also fit. Lots of space with this little handy bag. The only suggestion would be to add a shoulder strap and/or a padded handle. But for the price, it’s excellent and held up well.

I went by the measurements on the picture when ordering. I thought I was getting the larger ones, but received the smaller ones so had to return. They may have made changes since then but be sure to check that measurements match in picture and in long description. The quality was fine and I reordered in the larger size.
