Carry-on luggage became our go to option for all short term travel needs due to most US domestic airlines now charging extra to check in bags. We are a large family and 20 inch carry on suitcases are in constant demand. As soon as this bag arrived everyone was looking to "call it" for the next family trip. It is absolutely gorgeous! Unisex look, classy color combination and beautiful, clean lines - it looks even better in person than it does in the Amazon listing. Capacity is pretty standard for a 20 inch expandable carry on. The quality is great for the price. With the understanding that this is obviously NOT a premium brand, high end suitcase, I feel that the quality is great - robust, quiet, 360 spinner wheels, smooth zippers with security lock, functional extendable handle. This suitcase fully met my expectations in terms of quality and value, exceeded my expectations in terms of the aesthetic.

The thing I tested with this luggage was the spinner wheels and they work very well. They can change direction immediately without getting bound up so it's easy to zip around the airport without fighting with the luggage. The luggage is attractive and somewhat unique, so it's easy to identify when it comes time to collect your luggage, and it looks a little more high-end with the color scheme and the fact that it's not basic black.It's laid out in a standard fashion, with one side for securing your clothes with a single strap, and the other zipping up completely to hold smaller items or anything that doesn't secure well with a single strap. It does not have an internal pocket found on some cases other than the flat mesh on the zip up cover. The handle locks in to one of three lengths at heights from the floor to the top of the handle of about 33" (84cm), 36-1/2" (93cm), and 40-1/2" (103cm). I'm 6'2" (188cm) and it's long enough to pull around comfortably without leaning.The lock dials turn a lot easier in one direction than the other, and the instructions for setting the combination has a very bad English translation to the point of not understanding any of it, but it's quite easy to set. Just set to the current combination (000 initially), then push the little red button to the left of the dials all the way in until it stays pressed, set the new combination, and pull the unlock slider to set the combination (the red button pops out).

First things first - this carryon size should qualify for a carryon with most if not all airlines as the measurements (For both body and overall) are accurate and they are just inside of the current regulations (assuming you're not using the expanded zipper feature), but if you're at all concerned then you need to allow for the possibility that you'll need to check it. The suitcase itself is well-made for a budget choice - seams are tight, zippers seem sturdy, and the inner compartments have straps and zippers to keep things separated. The telescoping handle is firm and doesn't wobble when you push it on 4 wheels, even on carpet (this is big for me because I had a big-brand carryon handle snap while navigating the cobblestones of Venice and had to carry my bag for almost a kilometer to our hotel and so I'm always checking for sturdiness - this one appears to be well made and strong). Looks great, too, with the brushed gray with brown accents. Solid choice!

This off-white luggage carrier with brown trim is quite good looking. And it will certainly stand out in a crowd of black or colored luggage. The fabric-textured outer shell is quite flexible, not hard and stiff, so it will not provide significant protection for breakable objects packed next to the inside of the shell. I'm not sure how well it will stand up to airport luggage handler abuse, although it will definitely provide more protection that typical soft-side luggage. It should be more than adequate for car trips.This carrier is not meant to be carried on to an airplane, and will need to be checked for air travel. It is very roomy inside, with one side providing straps for keeping folded items in place, while the other side is open. It also has a zippered fabric divider with a large mesh pocket.The carrier is light and easy to handle while empty. Once full, the wheels make it really easy to move around, even on rough or uneven surfaces. It is double-zippered on the outside: one set of zipper tabs is for opening and closing the carrier, and the other zipper tab is for allowing the case to expand another inch or so for especially large loads. The zipper tabs for opening and closing the case are provided with a security lock, which accepts a three-number combination you can set to prevent easy access.Besides the top telescoping handle, the carrier also has attached handles on top and the side for easier handling.Over-all, a very nice piece of luggage.

This is a nice, well-made suitcase! It measures 25 1/2 inches x 14 1/2 inches x 9 1/2 inches. That’s close to carry on size (22in x 14in x 9in) and may be acceptable on some airlines, but maybe not all. My measurements are from the bottom of the wheels to the top of the handle. Picture included for the top to bottom measurement. It’s every bit 25 inches, and not 24 as advertised. Material is a thick, textured plastic. Wheels are rubberized. Inside opens up to 2 large areas for clothes and a large zippered pocket. You can lock the zippers on the outside. Handle extends up another 15 inches, making the whole bag 40 inches long with tye handle extended. Wheels are 360 spinners and are really quiet with the rubberized wheels. Really nice bag! I can’t wait to use it on my next trip!
