I use this when running errands. Initially I had a shoe bite at the back of the feet. But using socks solved the issue. Now after using it for over 3 - 4 months, I can wear it without socks and the shoe bite issue is not there anymore. It is true to size. Very comfortable to walk long distances for people with flat feet.
