The laptop is amazing! But the order was incomplete and the product key provided by Amazon to upgrade Windows 11 Home to Pro, provided by Amazon was rejected by Microsoft. Otherwise I would give the review 5 stars.

Having a previous Lenovo with which I am extremely happy, I decided to buy this high end model and let me tell you, it has GREATLY exceeded my expectations. The OLED display is razor sharp, simply magnificent, the facial and fingerprint recognition are welcome additions, the speed is fantastic, the list goes on and on. One reason I bought it is because I couldn't connect my new hearing aids to any of my older laptops. This one has the 5.4 Bluetooth which is supposed to be LE compliant, but I was having trouble getting it to work, so I ended up calling Lenovo customer assistance and "Jim" in the Philippines patiently worked with me and (hopefully) resolved the problem. I have been buying computers (and later laptops) since the '80's and this is head and shoulders above any other computer I've ever had. If you haven't yet gotten a clue as to my satisfaction, let's just say, out of five stars ... I GIVE IT A TEN !!!!! Buy it an prepare to be astounded.
