Bought this laptop for my 13 hour flight. I was able to play 5 hours of Netflix and still had 50% battery. This was with an android emulator and downloaded movies not streaming.It can not replace my gaming laptop but I am able to play Doom and other graphics intensive games without a problem. Overall this laptop has met all of my requirements and could replace a desktop if you do not need high end graphicsMy only negative would be lack of on board storage. Being able to use a dedicated SSD card would be nice
