The media could not be loaded. This item showed up inoperable. Never had anything like that happen before on a refurbished product. Checked batteries, checked & confirmed it was the correct charger. Device arrived not working.**UPDATE laptop works they sent a charger that does not work for the laptop, had to purchase the correct charger for item.**

These people are great to deal with. They accidentally forgot to include the charger, they promptly did a partial refund to pay for a charger off Amazon to get it quickly. Will definitely do business with again. Toughbook is in excellent condition, and has all the functions as advertised. Thank you! I am a happy customer.
