The video quality is clear with a big display, the connection is always stable, and it gives us peace of mind being able to check our little one easily. Setup was simple, and the parent unit is very user-friendly! Grandma is a pro!What really stood out was HelloBaby’s customer service. When we reached out with a compatibility question, their team responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were well taken care of. I love this product! I wanted a baby monitor that is not connected to WiFi because I’ve heard horror stories of people hacking accounts through WiFi and watching and talking to babies. No thank you!! This product is WONDERFUL. If I have the camera in my room at the back of my house, I can walk down my driveway to my sidewalk and still have signal on the monitor. You can talk to baby through the monitor and you can still connect multiple cameras if you more than one camera in different rooms. The image quality is really good for what it is. The night vision is really good, so no complaints there. This camera does everything a camera with WiFi does, you just can’t be too far away, which isn’t a bother for me. The only thing I will say is DONT DROP THE MONITOR ON THE FLOOR! My toddler dropped mine and the screen image is all jumbled and more than half the screen shows a black image now, so just be careful. But customer support has been great about it!! I can’t recommend this brand enough!

Excellent baby monitor! Easy to use and provides quality image! The camera is really good, with the ability to pan, tilt, and zoom! The sound quality is excellent! Audio stream is consistent and not triggered by mic gate. If you're needing a baby monitor that provides constant sound, unlike most new versions that only provide audio triggered by mic gate, this is the monitor you want! Exceptional product at a low cost!

I am extremely happy with this baby monitor and would absolutely recommend it to other parents. The 6-inch IPS screen is large, bright, and very clear, making it easy to see my baby both during the day and at night. The night vision works surprisingly well and provides a clear image without being grainy.One of my favorite features is that it does not require WiFi, which gives me peace of mind about security and reliability. The connection has been stable with no lag or dropped signal, even when moving around the house. The pan and tilt function allows me to adjust the camera remotely and see the entire room without having to physically reposition it.The battery life is excellent and lasts through the night with no issues. The two-way talk feature is also very helpful for calming my baby without immediately going into the room. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the controls are easy to use.Overall, this monitor offers excellent quality, strong features, and great value for the price. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would buy it again.

Amazing camera quality and portable monitor with a wider screen than other models. Also love that it doesn’t need WiFi. It is a close loop connection, which safely allows me to check in on my baby. The microphone on the camera picks up sound extremely well! Also has a momentarily shut off function that allows you to hear any minimal sound baby makes without having the monitor screen. Thus preserving the battery.
