The first one worked for 1 day and then would not turn on, returned to seller, they sent a replacement, same thing happened, they sent another one, same thing, would not turn on. Had a professional look at it, he diagnosed the mother board and power supply were dead. Very frustrating. Thought I was getting a great deal. Seller has approved a refund so I sent the 3rd one back. Waiting for the refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER and Amazon please don't sell their products anymore.

If you research this PC you will find that the process DOES NOT support Windows 11. When I first purchased the device, it came with Windows 10 with person's user name!! although no identifying data was on the PC. I complained to the company that it was supposed to come with windows 11. They agree to an exchange. I receive the EXACT SAME MODEL that does not support Windows 11 but it has magically had Windows 11 installed. There is a way to do this but it places your system security at risk and if you have a problem with Windows, you will get exactly zero support from Microsoft.Also - no native WIFI or Bluetooth. WIFI is done through a dongle that come with the computer but no bluetooth support.This is not illegal, I get it, but it is highly unethical and behaviour I do not expect from an Amazon approved supplier. Not impressed. 3 weeks wasted. Found a brand new mini PC elsewhere on Amazon. Better price. More powerful. It is brand new and fully supported.Don't waste your time with this computer.
