So far I am at a 2 with this, the keyboard is not backlit and the letters are so grey the screen does not add enough light to see them without a light in the background, The screen resolution was made for blind people because I cannot get it to go small enough to comfortably fit the screen to view, Of course Microsoft is pissed because I prefer to use google. I am going to have to live with it but no lighted keyboard is just insane.

I'm very happy with my new laptop. It's exactly what I needed. It's fast and smooth, and I love the screen display. The touchscreen is very convenient. The CPU can run a lot of software, and the keyboard doesn't get too hot. It's also a great value for money
