Packages were delivered in a timely manner. January 2, instead of January 7th. No quick start guide for the Optoma GT2000HDR projector, only a "scan bar code" icon. Had to go to support website to download manual. No instructions for hanging the enclosure wrap. AI Co-Pilot directions for hanging were WRONG. Referred to YOU TUBE for correct hanging instructions. Framework went up according the direction sheet enclosed. A bit confusing regarding hanging projector pipes to crossbars.....again no detailed instructions and no You Tubes for install. Mute issue, elected to do a ceiling mount, which is still a work in progress. Reading on-line manual for more detail regarding operation of the projector. Hitting mat is a quality product. Still flattening out the putting surface from packaging wrinkles. Impact screen is up with a few wrinkles evident, but is good. Waiting for an electrician to wire power to the hitting bay area. All a work in progress, and have yet to hit a golf ball into the impact screen. 4 out of 5 stars.
