I took this stuff years ago and found it useful muscle gains but haven't taken it in years. Started taking this again at 60. This stuff still works. Now with HMB, I'm working out twice as hard and less soreness/stiffness. Highly recommended.

Pretty Damm good tasting mix, and that was enough to keep buying it for a couple months.Effects wise it didn’t feel like anything special over the cheap stuff TBH

Not a fan of the sugar free lemonade taste, but the strawberry is alright. I got this mostly to drink with water but one scoop of this stuff in a liter or water is pretty tough to put down. I mix mine with "Liquid IV" powder (also strawberry flavored) and it completely removes the bitterness from the Creatine. Aside from that I can literally feel this stuff coursing through my body, it's working! :)
