Son sumamente prácticos de usar, los consumo en carreras largas y se mastican fácilmente y tienen buen sabor. La bolsita tiene ziploc asi que se cierra fácil y los puedes guardar sin problemas para seguir consumiendo durante tu entrenamiento. No me dan agruras y consumo 5 beans cada 30 minutos con agua, cuando corro más de 1 hora.

I have a couple bags of these in my tennis bag at all times, I used to get severe cramps in my lower legs and feet during long tennis matches these have stopped them from happening! I eat one or two at change overs with sips of water and I maintain lots of energy with no cramping- literally changed my endurance. Plus I love the slightly sour orange taste. Thanks Jelly Belly!

Works well. Has no nasty come down after effects. Doesn't interfere with my medications. I love how only a few gives me a lot of energy, no nasty shakes, nervous energy, etc. And helps me make it through the work day with an even flow of energy. And not short bursts.

These are perfect for eating while hiking. They are very easy to eat, you don't need water. Flavor is excellent. It's a cost effective carb.
