I ordered this foot massager to help with some foot cramps and tightness I have been experiencing in my foot arches, and it actually works really well. The roller feels great on feet, and the ice pack gives instant relief when my arches start aching. It’s the right size and easy to use while sitting down watching TV.The only downside was It looked like it might have been opened before, which made me a little uncomfortable. I don’t like the idea of using something that someone else’s feet might have been on. Because of that, I took off one star. Other than that, the product itself does what it’s supposed to and feels really soothing.

After my brother work standing for 16 hours in the factory his feet ache badly. This roller with an ice pack gives instant relief. It cools massages and helps swelling go down fast. He used it every night before bed and it makes a huge difference the next day, the texture really helps with circulation.

This foot massager is made for people with Plantar Fasciitis. This massager comes with a cold foot roller, a ball foot roller, and an acupuncture foot roller. I found the foot massager to be heavy, but well made. I am 5'2 so maybe it was just heavy for me.I keep this foot massager under my desk and use it throughout the day when needed. I like the ball foot roller side the best and have found that this one provides the most relief for me. I haven't used the cold side yet. The acupuncture side does a decent kind of massaging my foot, but it does not provide me as much relief and the ball massager.This Plantar Fasciitis Relief Massager, is expensive, but it seems well made and very sturdy. You can use it while standing, but I prefer to use this while sitting at my desk.I do not have plantar fasciitis, so I can't attest if it works well for that, but it works well to soothe and massage my tired, weary feet throughout the day. So far I am enjoying this foot massager.

After standing for eight hours a day to receive guests, the soles of my feet are often sore and swollen. I put this foot massage roller under my desk. I don’t need to deliberately spare time. I just roll it gently when I am in a meeting or answering emails, and the tight muscles in the arch of my foot will slowly relax. I used the ice pack module after I got home from get off work. I applied cold compress for ten minutes and then rolled it for massage. When I got up the next morning, my heels no longer hurt. It's not big, so it's very convenient to take it to the store for overtime work on weekends. The material is strong and does not deform, and it rolls smoothly without getting stuck like cheap rollers. Very friendly to people like me who stand for long periods of time.

This type of foot massager was requested by my dad and after a few weeks of him using this daily, he has noticed better circulation in his feet. This massager is packed with features, probably more than he'll ever use, but it's nice that there is cold therapy capabilities with the stainless steel roller along with the massage and acupuncture rollers. I tried using the acupuncture roller myself, but it's a bit intense, so definitely start slow with the massage roller first before graduating to the acupuncture one. Aside from the features, the massager is super solid, seems like the core is metal and everything is wrapped with durable rubber (aside from the stainless steel roller). After the past few weeks, the foot massager does not seem like there has been any wear forming, so I have pretty good confidence this will last for the long haul!
