Green Mountain donated tons of coffee to us while we were deployed in Iraq so I figured I'd have another go. Seriously good coffee. Only buying organic now due to the high pesticides used in coffee growing.

It's meh, the cheapest acceptable organic coffee I can find right now. Amazon hiked theirs from $6 to $9. And I wasn't having it.This is OK for the price. But it does have a unpleasant bitter taste. And not the deep dark chocolate taste I had in other sumatra.

Just brew it... Not in my reality. Good blend to start off your day. As I like to try different coffies , I most certainly would go lower than a 4 for Green Mountain Dark Magic. The blend was non-acidic , had a hint of in my mind fire roasted beans, and with a splash of creamer gave this roast a great taste.
