Works great. There is almost no visual gap between the pen tip and the lines being drawn. Very responsive to different pressures. Very large screen size. I also use it as a second monitor, when I am not drawing. Felt tips on pending, feel like dealing on paper, and feels very natural. I have not noticed any lag or delays in my pen swipes, the drawing is instant. I am very happy with it

I upgraded from my Gen1 Artist Pro 24 in February - I had that model since 2022 and loved it. However, I wanted a pen display with a higher resolution and better color reproduction, so I bought the Aritst Pro 24 Gen2 4K. I was immediately impressed with the colors and the display quality, as well as feel of the etched glass texture beneath the pens.I could also tell the quality of the pen was vastly improved over the previous generation, with lower activation force needed, and a larger array of pressure levels leading to more nuance with my brush strokes. On top of that, the accuracy of the pen was top-notch, with virtually no parallax visible with proper calibration. Thanks to the increased accuracy, I was able to forego most brush stabilizers in my art programs.I was so happy with my purchase. That is, until my unit developed an issue wherein a single column of red pixels appeared. With my research, I was able to find out that the issue was one of the ribbon cables on the display, but without being able to open the unit myself I would have no way of repairing it. On top of that, I purchased the tablet through Amazon and paid with Affirm so I could pay for it through monthly installments. Initially I tried to contact Amazon for a replacement, who directed me to Affirm, who directed me back to Amazon. I thought I was out of luck.I ended up contacting XPPen directly and to my surprise, they ended up responding to my email within the day - previously, I'd dealt with a certain other competitor's customer service and I was lucky to get a reply in the same business week. The representatives that corresponded with me were incredible and so helpful!I was able to get a replacement model once I sent my current model back via FedEx.My current model has shown no signs of repeating the issue, and I'm so thankful that my expensive purchase wasn't wasted. I'm really glad that I decided to go with XPPen for my last two pen displays, because the quality and customer service have been top notch.I'd recommend this tablet to any professional or enthusiastic hobbyist that can afford it. It's definitely a great investment.

Turns out I had a defective product, XP-Pen insisted that I accept a replacement, and so far so good. Not only is the replacement brighter but it no longer appears to have the hardware burn in issues.This is an incredible value to performance ratio product.I have not yet run a calibration on it but it looks pretty good out of the box next to my calibrated monitor. I'm a digital sculptor and the size is in a sweet spot for zbrush users to enable both gestural shoulder based movement and wrist movement for detailing.Original Review: OK I never write reviews but I have to mention the terrible burn in. I bought this back in November. This pen display is a great size for a great price, however the burn in makes it almost impossible to use for art tasks. It's also not particularly bright. I've attempted hooking it up to both display port and hdmi. The only way to mitigate burn in is by turning the already dim monitor down to 50% brightness, and even then it won't completely go away. I suspect they've had QC issues with the panels, as the 5 star reviews don't make sense otherwise. 2/5: 1 star for price and 1 star for pen performance.

انا اخذتها برخيص ب 2500 ريال سعودي اي ما يعادل 700 دولار تقريبا، كان عليها عرض خيالي، يعني يابلاش، و ما ندمت لاني اخترتها على واكوم، كان عندي واكوم سينتيك 27 انش، و بصراحة هذي تتفوق عليها بمراحل و بقوة و بسعر بالمتناول، سهلة التركيب و خفيفة، و مع الايرجو ستاند تطلع احلى و احلى بس لازم تشتريه لحال يعني بتدفع حول الف و شوي زيادة، اهي يجي معها ستاند بس ستاند عادي، الايرجو ستاند ما راح تلاقيه على امازون، تحصله بعلي اكسبريسو طبعا راح اذكر لكم مميزاتها بالمختصر بحكم تجربتيالمميزات- حجمها كبير، 24 انش و دقة 4K مع انها اصغر من التابلت الي كان عندي قبل بس بصراحة ما لاحظت فرق كبير، فا بالنسبة لي 24 انش هو الحجم المثالي.- فيها اكثر من ١٦ الف مستوى لحساس الضغط.- دقة عالية الجودة 4K و 60 هرتز.ـ قدرة التحكم بسطوع الشاشة و تغيير الالوان حسب الرغبة.- تجي معها اكسسوارات اضافية، الستاند، قلمين صغير و كبير تقدر تحطهم فوق التابلت، انا افضل الكبير لاني متعود عليه اكثر، رؤوس اقلام اضافية مخزنة بكيس و ببوكس جميل، ريموت الاختصارات و بالنسبة لي الريموت كان مرة سهل انك تضبطه و تقدر تشحنه لانه يشتغل وايرلس، و تجي قطعة قماش لتنظيف الشاشة ايضا.- ملمس الشاشة ناعم و سلس، بالضبط كانك قاعد ترسم على ورقة و دفتر حقيقي.ـ و نسيت ما ذكرت لكم، فيهة ميزة الشبك ب ال AUX للحاب يشبك سماعات او مكبرات صوت، اشوفها انها مرة ميزة و رائعةـ يجي معها كل الكيابل الي تحتاجها، و منها كيبل HDMI و DP ، و الكيابل مش كثيرة فما راح تسبب لك زحمةطبعا زي ماهي فيها ايجابيات فاكيد بيكون فيها سلبيات، بالنسبة لي هالسلبيات بسيطة جدا و ما تأثر ابدا على الاداء العام للتابلت لاني ما احس اني احتاجها و خصوصا بهالسعر، لكن عالعموم قلت بذكر لكم عشان تكونوا بالصورةالسلبيات:- مافيها منافذ USB تشبك فيها الاجهزة عكس تابلت الواكوم السينتك القديم الي كان عندي، لكن انا اشوفها حلها بسيط لانك تقدر تشتري USB هوب و هذي بتحلها- عدم وجود جاذب مغناطيسي تثبت فيه ريموت الاختصارات و هذي ميزة راح افتقجها، مع انه تبون الصراحة انا ما احتاجها، لاانه حتى لمن كانت موجودة بتابليتي السينتك القديم، ما كنت استخدمها كثير، و كنت اعتمد على كيبورد وايرلس لللاختصارات بشكل اساسي، و انا انصح بالكيبورد افضل من الريموت، بس تاخذ الحجم الي يناسبكـ كيابل الشبك قصيرة جدا، نعم سمعتني زين، الكيابل مرة قصيرة و انا اتكلم عن كيابل ال USB و ال HDMI و DP و اتوقع انه طولها متر و نص فقط، يعني الي عنده مشكلة بالطول، فراح يعاني بالذات الي عنده فيزا ماونت او ايرجو ستاند حق XP pen يعني فوق هذا لازم تدفع زيادة حق كيابل جديدة بالذات الي عنده سيت اب زيي، انا كمبيوتري تحت الطاولة مش على الطاولة فما ادري يمكن العيب مني بطريقة السيت اب فعشان كذا حسيتها قصيرة و ما اقدر احرك التابلت يمين يسار بسبب قصر طول الكيابل، تمنيت لو خلوها 2 متر على الاقل و لو صارت 3 متر احسن و احسن بصراحة، و نصيحة لا تاخذ كيابل من شركات غير موثوقة لانها ما راحىتعمر كثير و راحىتخرب عليك بسرعة لاني سبق و ان جرلت، و ممكن تخرب لك التابلت، خذ لك من شركات موثوقة مثل UGREEN, Anker, Baseus, Essager, اي شركات ثانية لا تقربهاو بس هذا كان تقييمي، مو من عادتي اكتب تقييم طويل زي كذا و بصراحة اول مرة اكتب تجربتي كاملة لانه حقيقي التابلت ذا مرة ابهرني على سعره مقارنة بمنافسيه بالسوق، ان شاء الله تكونوا استفدتوا و بالتوفيق للجميع، ادعوا لي 🤲🤲I got it for a bargain price of 2,500 Saudi riyals, roughly $700. It was on sale for free, and I didn't regret choosing it over a Wacom. I had a 27-inch Wacom Cintiq, and honestly, this one far outperforms it in power and at an affordable price. It's easy to set up and lightweight, and with the ErgoStand, it looks even better, but you have to buy it separately, which means you'll pay around a thousand extra. It comes with a stand, but it's a basic stand. You won't find the ErgoStand on Amazon; you can find it on AliExpress.And of course, I'll briefly list its features based on my experience.Features- Large size, 24 inches, and 4K resolution. Although it's smaller than the tablet I had before, honestly, I didn't notice a huge difference. For me, 24 inches is the ideal size.- It has over 16,000 pressure sensor levels.- High-quality 4K resolution and 60 Hz.The ability to control the screen brightness and change colors as desired.- It comes with additional accessories: a stand, two pens, one small and one large, that you can place on top of the tablet. I prefer the larger one because I'm more accustomed to it. Additional pen tips are stored in a bag and a nice box. The shortcut remote, which I found very easy to set up, is also easy to charge, as it's wireless. A cloth is also included to clean the screen.- The screen feels smooth and soft, as if you were drawing on real paper and a notebook. - And I forgot to mention something: it has an AUX connection feature for those who want to connect headphones or speakers. I think it's a great feature.- It comes with all the cables you need, including HDMI and DP cables. The cables aren't numerous, so they won't cause you any trouble.Of course, just as there are positives, there are also negatives. For me, these are very minor and don't affect the overall performance of the tablet at all, as I don't feel I need them, especially at this price. But anyway, I thought I'd mention them so you'll have a better idea.The negatives:- It doesn't have USB ports to connect devices, unlike the old Wacom Cintiq tablet I had. However, I think the solution is simple, as you can buy a USB hub, and that solves the problem.- It doesn't have a magnetic mount to attach the shortcut remote, which is a feature I'll miss. Although, to be honest, I don't need it, because even when it was available on my old Cintiq tablet, I didn't use it much. I rely on a wireless keyboard mainly for shortcuts, and I recommend a keyboard over a remote, but get the size that suits you.- The cables are very short. Yes, you heard me right, the cables are very short, and I'm talking about the USB, HDMI, and DP cables. I think their length to be only a meter and a half. Anyone who has a problem with the length will suffer, especially those who have a Visa mount or Ergo stand for the XP Pen. On top of that, you have to pay extra for new cables, especially those who have a set-up like me. My computer is under the table, not on it, so I don't know, maybe the fault lies with my Setup, so that's why i felt the cables were short and I couldn't move the tablet left & Right due to the length of the cables. I wish they had made them at least 2 meters, and 3 meters would be even better, honestly. A word of advice: don't buy cables from unreliable companies because they won't last long and will break quickly, as I've experienced that before, and they could break your tablet. Buy ones from Trusted brands like UGREEN, Anker, Baseus, Essager, You should stay away from any other brands, especially those unknown onesThat was my review. I don't usually write long reviews like this, and honestly, this is the first time I've written about my entire experience, because I was truly impressed by this tablet's price compared to its competitors.
