Sometimes the camera has trouble focusing but other than that its perfect, anyways you’ll learn how to avoid it like covering the camera for a second when it’s blurry

UPDATE 12/18/25: after writing this review, without prompting, the seller processed a refund. I was shocked. The camera quality as I mentioned, is a great picture. It just needs the ability to turn off autofocus when not needed. To have a seller offer a refund and a replacement, on their own just to make it right, is a level of customer service that is often missing in the world and for that i changed my rating to 5 stars and would absolutely return as a customer.**********I should have paid better attention to the auto focus feature. you can’t turn it off and I am constantly turning blurry during meetings. I hate it! However the quality of the camera is great, clear picture when autofocus is not constantly trying to adjust

This 4K webcam has completely elevated my video call experience — five stars without question! I use it primarily for Microsoft Teams meetings, and the difference in video quality compared to my Mac M4’s built-in camera is night and day. The image is crystal clear, colors are vibrant, and it handles lighting changes really well without getting grainy or washed out.Setup was plug-and-play, and it integrated perfectly with Teams right away. I’ve even had coworkers comment on how sharp and professional my video looks. If you’re doing regular video calls or remote work, this webcam is absolutely worth the investment. It’s hands down the best upgrade I’ve made to my home office! Yes it includes a privacy shield when not in use.

This is a pretty good webcam for the price. I use it with my Apple Mac mini and 27" Lenovo monitor without problems. I use it mainly for personal purposes like FaceTime with family, but occasionally use for home office meetings. I would not use this as true vidcast or professional recording camera.It has decent resolution in poor or low lighting areas. The autofocus can be slow at times and requires manual adjustment. Love having the lens cover for blocking when not actively using the webcam. The installation is fairly simple but it takes time and trial to get the counter-weight use of the clamps to fit to your monitor/placement need. The biggest issue I have is with the display syncing with my monitor; I get the dreaded rolling horizontal bands like the old VCR days. But it's not that impactful and the viewer does not see this on their end.So I'd recommend it for non-professional, personal use especially at the price.

I’ve been using this 4K webcam for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed! The Sony sensor delivers stunning Ultra HD quality — crisp, vibrant, and perfect even in lower lighting. Whether I’m on Zoom or Skype the video always looks sharp and professional.The autofocus works flawlessly, keeping me in the shot even when I move around a bit, and the 77° field of view is just right — wide enough to be natural, but not so wide that it’s distracting. The built-in dual noise-cancelling microphones pick up my voice clearly without background noise, which my colleagues have definitely noticed.Setup was a breeze — true plug & play via USB with no extra drivers needed. The added privacy cover is a great bonus for peace of mind when the camera’s not in use.If you’re looking to upgrade your video calls, streaming, or online meetings, this webcam is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Aún probandola, no me ha dejado la mejor experiencia ya que se tarda mucho en enfocar y estando en conferencia se borrosea seguido, por lo demas bien, mientras eso no ocurra
