Lovin' my refurbished Dell laptop! Zippy, quiet, and a sufficient number of ports. I like that it still has an ethernet jack for use on my desktop.

The computer was delivered as scheduled. The computer works well so far. The issue is that the computer came with a power cord that is not for Dell laptop. It is heavy and has an adapter to make it fit the computer. The power cord seems to be for HP laptop. The connector part of the adapter broke so now I am not able recharge the laptop. The laptop battery does not hold charge for more than 3 hours possibly because of the wrong power cord. I paid over $500 for this laptop so the seller could have bought the cord on Amazon for $16-$17. The seller needs to replace the cord.

I had a bizarre hiccup during initial setup that made me feel uneasy about the reliability of the system, but I worked with the seller's unparalleled, excellent technical support people and got past the setup issue, got the machine stabilized and working great within a few hours, and it works very well now, with no hiccups.

The product was awesome but the cord was not charging it or the laptop wasn't receiving the charge. Either way wasn't able to use it after the battery died.
