It arrived with a cracked screen! It was supposed to be a christmas gift. Im still waiting on a return postage sticker and to schedule a pick-up. As of right now im stuck with a broken tv and down 350 dollars!! Don't waste your money like I did!!

We received our TV today and are extremely happy with the TV. Easy setup and a beautifully picture. The sound is great. The only reason for 4stars is it was supposed to be a bundle with HDMI cables and a the start up CD and they were not delivered with the TV. It is difficult to get in touch with customer service to fix this issue. A small problem I know, but it was advertised as a bundle. Still, it is a wonderful TV and at a very good value.

Lowest cost TV I've ever purchased. All my prior TV's have been Sony XDR's, but for this specific use case and location, I decided that an entry level 85" TV would fit the bill perfectly fine. First impressive feat was performed by the amazing Amazon delivery guy that handled this oversized 95 lb TV like a champ. Second impressive item was the Panasonic shipping box to protect the oversized TV, I was amazed at how well designed the shipping box was. Nothing was out of place or even closely at risk of being damaged. Third, was the setup from power up, to WiFi connectivity, to account setup and linking all related streaming services, it couldn't have been easier. The remote is compact and I have had no issues with finding what I needed on the control. Reviews online mentioned that this is not the brightest TV during the daylight use, but with my TV mounted in a room with four 8 foot windows, it was plenty bright enough during daytime viewing, honestly I cannot think why I'd need it brighter. Lastly the sound, I was completely ready to buy a soundbar, but after listening to the downfire factory speakers, everyone said the sound was perfectly reasonable. Clear voice, sound and music for football games and movies. Overall for such an amazing low BlackFriday $598 price, I couldn't be more impressed. In closing, yes you can buy a much better spec TV for a much higher price, but for this TV, the cost to value is amazing! Highly recommend.

This is a very nice and economical 50inch screen. Great resolution. We had no difficulties in the setup with our Amazon Prime account and our DVD player.

No way to turn off the constant need for internet access, if you want to switch off the assistant it has to be on the net, also the colors are too much taking away from the natural beauty that should be standard. Gray hair takes on a light green mix which I found unacceptable.
