J'avais choisi ce produit pour sa connectivité Ethernet et sa fonction scan to FTP. Au début, ça l'a été galère pour le faire fonctionner, il n'y avait d'instruction et le technicien de support ne connaissait que l'interface Windows qui n'offre pas beaucoup de fonctionnalité. Par contre, ils ont fini par trouvé quelqu'un de compétent qui a pu me rappeler m'expliquer l'installation.Finalement configuré, le produit fonctionne très bien et est plaisant d'utilisation.

Wonderful, what else is there to say. I own the 2400 model at home and the 2400N is twice as good. It is already a big help for the office.

Scanner is fast and installation even on Linux is easy. The only problem with this scanner is the design. It is a duplex scanner so the scanning strips in the scanner are positioned against each other. When one scans a document with paper size smaller than standard A4/Letter size, it produces a black border on the sides. If one scans a small page size directly to a Fax-software (xsane to hylafax), the black borders on the document size will be very annoying to a receiver (a lot of tonner waisted).This is a Brother ADS-2400N design problem, the scanning lamps should be at an offset and with a white strip background behind to eliminate the black background effect.

I was able to program it via HTTP to scan PC-free to a network with my required parameters in 15 minutes of setup.

Scanner works very well. Easy to setup and use. Can use it either with supplied software or Acrobat Pro for example. Minor issue in it misses removing some blank pages but not all the time. Might be due to three ring punch holes in paper confusing it to think there is something on the page. No problems at all. Basically it was plug and play for the most part after software installed.

Excellent Scanner for home office!

I use this scanner entirely for business purposes. I really enjoy the ease of use and the speed of the feeder of document packages. Ive put in 30 pages or so at a time no problem.
