I worked with chase customer service but software would not install, they told me scanner is old version and is not compatible. I am not afraid I will be charged 50% restocking fee !!. If it happens it will be waste of time and money.Better to buy from your bank.

We bought this scanner because our bank recommended it. It works just fine and so far I haven't have any problem with it. We only use it a couple of times a week and we don't scan more than 10 checks every time we use it.

Good price, but it came missing a cable and an extension piece.The seller sent them as soon as he was notified of the missing items which was great responsiveness.The scanner itself works well and was a good value for the price paid.

Item not working after 6 months of use. Something seems to be wrong like it isn't receiving power, although I've check the connections many times. I could unplug it, plug it in and quickly do a scan, but by the time I am ready to use it again it doesn't work. Tried restarting my computer, re-installing driver, etc. I'm a daily user of these things, but none of my tricks are working anymore.I didn't like this one as much as my Digital Scanner, regardless. A very expensive waste of money. 6 months for $650? Not a deal.
