I have always used HP LaserJet printers and after getting a new HP printer and having all kinds of problems with it that could not be resolved, I switched to the canon. The print quality is excellent and the supplies cost is half as much per page as the comparable HP printer. Very glad that I made the switch.

After several Canon color laser printer purchases (and subsequent returns), I think I’ve finally found the right printer. Setup was simple, and while I don’t print labels or envelopes often, this printer handles them effortlessly—unlike previous Canon models I tried, which either couldn’t print them at all or made it extremely difficult.Cons:**Price – It was expensive, but worth every penny now that I don’t have to fight with it for basic tasks like printing an occasional envelope or label.**Software Quirk – After a two-week period of inactivity, I had to uninstall and reinstall the printer on Windows 11. However, if that’s the worst issue I encounter, I’ll gladly take it.**Noise Level – It’s loud, but not as loud as other Canon color laser printers I’ve used.Pros:**Great Print Quality – The output is sharp and vibrant.**Good Print Speed – Fast enough for my needs (small business + personal use).**Aesthetic & Size – Not an eyesore like the all-in-one printers, and reasonably sized, though I do wish it were slightly smaller.If you’re on the fence, I’d give this printer the green light!

I returned a Brother tank printer due to color printing problems and because support was so bad. I ordered this printer for no other reason than its 5-star reviews. I figured the best way to get a good printer (or anything else) is to see what customers have to say. This was the only printer with almost all 5-star reviews. Unpacking was easy and setting it up was slightly difficult due to its many features. But once done, printing is easy, and the quality is just fine. Though this printer costs a bit more than others in this category, I recommend it.

I loved that this printer practically set itself up! I was particularly impressed that it painlessly found my wireless service. Printing looks great and I can easily print from my phone or iPAD, as long as the printer is not in sleep mode.

I will own up to my part in this - I"m sure this printer will do all it should and well. I just can't figure out how to make it do it. Changing the size of paper is the biggest problem (to envelopes eg) is the biggest problem, which I do all the time. It gets confused, I get confused. the manual is not easy to follow. There's supposed to be a way to access control via computer instead of the wonky on-board touch screen (too hard to read and not that responsive to touch) but I can't figure it out. It's kind of aggravating on a regular basis. Someone needs to revamp the whole interface.
