The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed with this thermal printer. From the start, the print quality has been poor, producing faded and unclear labels. It frequently jams, wasting labels and time. The software is difficult to use, making setup and troubleshooting a nightmare. Overall, this printer has been unreliable and inefficient, definitely not worth the investment.

This item was ez to set up and use. It takes me 5 min or less to print vs 30 mins to hour to find a print shop going out my way also. This wireless printer is very convenient.Only con is the roll paper tends to stay roll after you print, but you have to option to buy the single straight paper and feed it in to printer

I've had this thermal printer for a little while now and have used a whole roll of printer paper. I've went to the regular individual thermal paper, not rolled. I included a picture i downloaded to my phone from the internet and printed it out from this printer using the app, SoPrint, took a picture of it for you to see how well it prints, my daughter used crayons and map pencils to color it.It's a great printer so far, I do recommend it.

I spent hours/days looking at printers (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, eBay, etc). My needs were not like most other reviewers. I spend about 3 months year in a motorhome with no WiFi connection, and periodically wanted a copy of one or two pages, and space is limited. I remember thermal printers of 30 years ago, and was hesitant to get the Rongta Model F82, but after reading the instructions, downloaded the driver, hooked it to my HP laptop computer, and fussed a bit with the power button (had to read the ENTIRE instructions, including the last page), before I actually got it to print (human error !) The new printers (HP, Canon, Brother, Epson) were bigger, more expensive and needed 2-4 ink cartridges. I don't need color, just black print. My only "CON" to this little thermal printer, is the lettering is smaller than a regular printer and harder to read, but wanted an immediate copy while in the RV just in case when I got home, my laptop didn't work for some reason and I couldn't reprint larger lettering pages to file. Besides looking at officejet/laserjet printers, I reviewed many other brands of thermal printers, and decided on this one and no ink cartridges to dry out when not in use. The roll of thermal paper, black velvet carry bag, USB cord all were in order. Don't like the "curly" paper, so will order a flat-pack of thermal paper from Amazon (pricey). Granted, the printing of each page is slower than a regular printer (even a low-end one), but since I only plan on using it sporadically as needed and will only use it with the USB cable, it'll work just fine for my requirements. I actually would give it 5-stars, if the printing were a bit bigger, but maybe it something I haven't read about to make the font larger.
