I LOVE this lens! I had the exact same one on my 60D Canon camera when I bought it years ago. When I upgraded to the 80D body, I took this lens off the 60D and used on the new body. After nine years of constant use, it finally malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. I didn't think I'd find the equivalent, but Amazon had one!!! It came in perfect condition, although the box it came in was a little beat up. I was thankful that it was perfectly wrapped in bubble wrap which protected against the jarring it must have sustained to damage the box so badly. That would be my only negative on this whole experience! THANK YOU that I have my favorite lens back!!! It's a "one and done" lens . . 18mm to 200mm! Perfect!

The only negative aspect of the lens was that the ribs were slightly soiled. Otherwise,, the lens works great.

This is a replacement for the same lens that I have wore out. I have much more expensive lenses, but this is an excellent all around lens to carry for general purpose use. My previous lens had many thousands of shots, but got to the point of rattling and being loose. I gave that one away but had to replace it. This is a refurbished lens, but appears brand new. It is solid and works well. I would recommend this lens as an all purpose general lens. It won't replace better lenses but does quick and dirty on the fly work.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas who is an avid photographer and I found out she was looking to add this 18-200 lens to her lenses. She noted it did not work correctly as it would not zoom beyond about 155 so was defective. She has returned it and I am waiting on refund but this was just a bad purchase. Guess it did not pay to try to save a little and go with the renewed lens. Will get the new lens from Canon to replace it for her.
