This is a warm knit hat. It has a soft lining, which makes it warmer as well. I love the visor part which makes it a good sun protection. Although the visor does not stand against too much sun.

Kind of a weird fit for me, so I asked my husband if he wanted it. It did not look right on him either, though.I did like the fact that it keeps your ears warm!

I'll be honest: this isn't the most stylish hat out there. That red color is just as loud in person as it is on the computer screen, if not more so, and if you pull down those flaps to cover your ears, it looks kind of goofy.But I didn't buy this hat to be a fashionista. I bought it because I wanted a warm hat with a brim that I could wear in the winter. And it fits the bill there, no problem.I've only worn this hat a few times so far, but it seems to stand up to at least the early days of those cold Midwest winters without issue, and those ear flaps are handy for a little extra warmth. It's soft and fits comfortably on my head. The style might be a bit unusual, but it gets the job done!
