I wasn't expecting a whole lot of quality with these for the price point, and the fact that the original listing states they are made of "plastic" (whatever that means ... perhaps their descriptive term for polyester or acrylic). Vague descriptions usually imply less focus on quality from my past purchase experiences.For a quantity of 4, these can be considered a good "financial" value, but if you are interested in a "quality" product you may wish to look elsewhere. Not only are the yarn fibers a cheap fiber twist (hence multiple splits and pulls throughout), but the headbands aren't even all the same size. Only the GRAY and IVORY in my lot have a reasonable fit that is easy to pull on ... the khaki and black are very tight, and I am a small bone structure overall. If I put my fingers into two of the headbands and stretch them equally I gain about 2 extra inches of total stretch with the gray and ivory. It would be a result of varied knitting bindings on the edges OR the difference in how the joining seams were sewn. Either way, I won't be using two of them because I don't like them feeling so tight.As for warmth, it will be plenty when you just want your ears protected from cold winds. If it's super cold, you would choose a full hat anyway, since the heat from the body is lost through the top of the head and not the ears. These are thick enough for ear warmth, but not carefully made to a consistent fit, and definitely not made with quality materials.So would I recommend them? If you have kids and want multiples without worry of them getting lost and need replacing again, these will work fine. If you are an adult who loves good fashion but longevity when you spend your hard-earned money, I would not recommend these. I will only make use of half of these for my daily walks, and the other half will just be donated. For this reason, a poor value to me overall.

At $3 a headband I think these are a steal. I love all of the colors in this pack because you are guaranteed to match them with anything. These headbands are very wide and have a nice fleece liner. The width is great for covering your ears and keeping them warm! I wore one when we went to cut down our Christmas tree outside and it kept my ears and head really warm! My toddler also wanted to wear one to match me and she really liked it. It did cover at least half of her head but she was thrilled to not wear a hat and stay warm. I think these are really cute and a good option in case you don't want to wear a hat!

These are very warm, very soft and fit well. I liked the choice of colors, good for warmer skin tones. I ordered the speckled ones - camel, brick, navy and black. Definitely recommend.

These knit headbands aren’t especially great but not bad either. They do offer some warmth for your ears and come in a nice array of colors.The outer knit and fleece type material used for the inside is stated as “plastic” for material then further down says, “high-quality wool” which isn’t what these are. (The “plastic” claim really has me baffled lol). These are more than likely acrylic and/or polyester.These feel nice enough on thanks to the soft fleece lining and the one I wore outside to do some yard work did help to keep my ears warm as we had a pretty chilly and windy day at the time. They have a decent amount of stretch and they fit me just fine and stay put well without being too tight or too loose. The knit is done ok enough as well as where they are sewn, but overall they’re a little thinner than I expected. They’ll still be nice to wear in the Fall and Winter on more milder yet still cool days when I don’t need a full hat on, so I’m fairly happy with them.Giving 4/5 stars.
