I was having terrible headaches for the past couple of years, on a very regular basis. Some lasting days.. A friend told me about Hematite so I looked, saw these and purchased. I thought it probably was not a great quality because of the price..but.. OH MY! My headaches have pretty much completely stopped! I've only had a couple in the last few months. They have been very mild and went away very quickly. These have been a game changer for me. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Wearing it all the time. It’s what I was hoping for. If you believe something will help keep you calm and focused it will. I’m not sure if it’s the actual result of the ring or the belief that it does, but I’ve been calm wherever I’ve been wearing it.

Wore my first one for about a month before it broke. I think it was my fault. I talk with my hands and it hit a marble counter and it shattered. It happened in front of my family. At first they freaked out, but I told them the type of ring it was and the meaning behind why it breaks and it peeked their interest.I have to say I really love these rings. I feel that they do grab the negative energy and decrease anxiety. Not sure if it's in my head, but I feel a difference. Once the ring broke, I felt the emptiness of not being "energized" anymore. I don't know how to explain it. It's like with the ring I could feel the energy flowing through my body and all throughout all chakras but when it broke it was like a disruption in that communication.With this experience, I highly recommend these rings!

Pretty rings, nicely packaged with a sweet note. They do scratch easy. And don't drop it in the tub they smash into little pieces.I am going to reorder and be more careful.

They reduce the swelling in my finger joints. They are very helpful but you have to figure out where to put them. I wear several on both hands when they hurt. I found that two rings stacked had a stronger effect especially when I wore a hematite bracelet on the same hand. Very therapy!
